Yes, completely. Every appointment takes place in a private suite at Hotel Paseo. Only you and Ford are present during the valuation. Your name, your items, and the amount you are paid stay strictly between us.
You are paid the same day, in the form that suits you best, whether that is cash, certified check, or wire transfer. There are no delays and no waiting periods. If you accept the offer, you leave the appointment paid.
Appointments are strongly recommended so we can give you Ford's full, undivided attention. Walk ins are welcome as time permits, but priority is given to scheduled clients. Booking takes less than two minutes.

There is no obligation, ever. Bring your items, receive your valuation, and ask any questions you would like. If the offer is not right for you, you simply take your items home. The consultation is always complimentary.
